This is an original white charcoal pencil drawing on black Mi-Teintes TEX pastel paper. It was created at request to help raise money for charity. It is now fully, professionally framed and residing in NSW to await to be raffled off.

As an artist it was an honour to be entrusted to create a custom piece and help through my passion and dedication in my art.

About the Artist :
Australian Artist & Photographer of the Horse. I have been creating my artistry for 20+ years and counting! I am mainly a dry media artist in a long-time love affair with charcoal and pastel (and black paper) with graphite and mixed media sneaking in every so often. Whilst it's proving to be hard work, I am in the creative process of "loosening up" and expanding my medium range (acrylic, oil, watercolour) and style/techniques. I proudly sell my original pieces within Australia and overseas and take on limited commissioned art.

I have recently upgraded my camera body and purchased a new lens which will assist me in expanding my 'photographer's eye' to new and exciting subject matter.

I am a self-learner, self-employed and self-motivated artist/photographer. Whilst I have no formal art training, I consider what I do every day (drawing, taking photos etc.) as one of my best teachers I'll ever have. I learn by my mistakes and failures love to challenge myself and finding the courage to unbreak years of my own training, skill development and seeing through my 'artist's eyes' to go bigger, better and brighter with my art. Only time will tell practice will accomplish and my artistic journey will allow me to reach the dreams, goals and successes I strive for in my life and personal development.
